Joseph Dolan Services Held

Rites Conducted at Dougherty Church

Funeral services for Joseph M. Dolan, 42, who died Monday, were held Thursday at St. Patrick's church in Dougherty. A Solemn Requiem High Mass was offered with Father Paul J. Maquire, celebrant.

Deacon was Father John Reed, Mason City, and sub-deacon Father Raymond Boher, Rockwell. The Rt. Rev. Msg. Arthur J. Breen, Mason City and Father Pat Boyle, Greene, were present in the Sanctuary.

Altar boys were Donald and Donavan Staudt, John O'Connor and Charles Hogan.

Members of the St. Patrick's school choir sang under the direction of Sister Rose Marie.

Attending the services from out of the city were Victor Dolan, Salina, Kansas; Al Dolan, Ogden Utah; Mr. and Mrs. V. E. Dolan, Waterloo; Dr and Mrs Donald Ulrich, Milwaukee, Wis.; Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Dolan, Marble Rock; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dolan and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dougherty, Dougherty.

Henry Manemann and Mrs Carrie Droste, Clinton; Mr. and Mrs. Matt Assemachey, Mrs Roger Tospey and Mr. and Mrs. Matt Burke, Charlotte; and Henry Brinkmann and Mrs. W. Harding, Blooming Prairie, Minn.

Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Dolan and William Dolan, Dewitt; Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Powers, John and Beatrice, Richard, Joe and Raymond Powers and Wilmar Lary, Delmar; Mr. and Mrs Alvin Brinkman and Mr. and Mrs Joe Brinkman, Estherville.

Pallbearers were Victor, Robert, Leonard, Vincent and Adrian Dolan and Don Ulrich.

Interment was in St. Patrick's cemetery in Dougherty, with the Colonial Funeral Home in charge.
