Betty Jo Lichman, 81, of Mason City died Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at the Heritage Care Center in Mason City.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 17, at Epiphany Parish-St. Joseph Catholic Church, 302 Fifth St. S.E., Mason City. Burial will follow in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery, Mason City.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel, where a scriptural wake service will begin at 7 p.m.

Should friends desire, memorials may be left to Hospice of North Iowa in Betty Jo's name.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Nancy (Mike) Likness, Ventura, Calif., Tim (Laurie) Lichman, Mason City, and Jon (Yolanda) Lichman, Mason City; and her grandchildren, Jake Likness, Ventura, Calif., Jared Lichman, Mason City, Elena Lichman, Mason City, Danielle Lichman, Minneapolis, and Alex Lichman, Minneapolis.
