Joyce A. Sabin, 76, of Mason City, died Sunday, March 30, 2014, at Good Shepherd Health Center.
Graveside services will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2014, at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Kathy Graves, Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating.
There will be no visitation. Per her request, she will be cremated. Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.majorericksonfuneralhome.com

Joyce was born May 15, 1937, in Lake Wilson, Minn., the daughter of Chauncey and Ellen (O’Dell) Sabin. She graduated from Mason City High School in 1955. Joyce worked as a secretary for Interstate Power Co. for 34 years retiring in 1996. Along with her secretarial work at Interstate Power, she also worked in the office at Trinity Lutheran Church for 18 years. Joyce was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. A few of her interests included bowling, traveling, making 4 trips to Europe, and in later years trips to the casino in Northwood. She especially enjoyed her time with good friends, Linda and Richard Ott.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Genevieve Sabin, and brother, Virgil Sabin.
