DOUGHERTY - Funeral services for John Raymond Campbell, 60, of Dougherty will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Dougherty.

Mr. Campbell died Sunday (Dec. 2, 1979) at his home.

The Rev. John Thornton will officiate, and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be this evening at Hogan-Bremer Colonial Chapel, Mason City, where a parish wake will be held at 7 tonight. Visitation also is after 3 p.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick's School Chapel in Dougherty, with a parish rosary at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the school chapel.

A World War II veteran, Mr. Campbell was a member of the Dougherty American Legion and the Mason City VFW posts. He also was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Dougherty. For about 10 years, he was employed by the Farmers Co-op Elevator at Dougherty, and for the past 30 years, he was a Cerro Gordo County road maintenance employee in the Dougherty-Rockwell area.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth, three daughters, Mrs. Jack (Gwen) Zweck, Erie, Colo.; Mrs. Terrel (Debbie) Hobbiebrunken, Sioux City; and Janelle Campbell, Mason City; two sons, Steve, South Dennis, Mass., and Dennis, Sheffield; a brother, Earl, Waterloo; and 10 grandchildren.
