FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Mrs. Patricia E. Carter, 75, died Sunday (June 29, 2003) at Fairfield.

Patricia E. Carter was born on Sept. 18, 1927, in Mason City, Iowa. She has lived in Fairfield for 58 years.

Patricia worked 19 years as an operator for Pacific Bell.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Carter, of Fairfield, Calif.; daughter, Pege Metzger, of Fairfield, Calif.; son, Robert Carter Jr. and his wife, Susan, of Fairfield, Calif.; grandchildren, Jerome and Matthew Metzger, of Fairfield, Calif.; Bobby and Scott Carter, of Fairfield, Calif. and Branden and Kennan Sievers, of Fairfield, Calif.; brother, William and his wife, Shirley Christiansen, of Mason City, Iowa. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her niece, Lori.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bryan-Braker Funeral Home, 1850 West Texas St., Fairfield, CA. 94533.
