February 05 1996Helen L. Lane, 67, of 1301 N. Madison Ave., Mason City died Thursday (Feb. 1, 1996) at North Iowa Mercy Health Center East.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Grace United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Herbert G. Shaffer officiating.
No visitation will be held, the body has been cremated. Hogan-Bremer Colonial Chapel, 126 Third St. N.E. is handling arrangements.
Helen L. Lane was born July 29, 1928 at Hamilton.
Survivors include one son, Clinton Lane of Mason City; four daughters, Jo Smith of Des Moines, Bobby Wilson of New Virginia, Mary Ellen Nicholson of Bellemead, Texas, and Pennie Fries of Las Vegas, Nev.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
