William Sloan Rites Held at Sacred Heart Church at Rockwell

Funeral services for William Sloan, 84, who died at Iowa City Saturday [November 29, 1941], following an illness of about six weeks, were held at Sacred Heart Catholic church at Rockwell Tuesday morning.

Father L. W. Klassen was in charge.

Pallbearers were Mike Curley, James Smith, David Boyle, Charles Clouse, James O'Connor and P. J. Scholl. Burial was at the Sacred Heart cemetery at Rockwell.
