Carl Olson, 92, Dies

Carl C. Olson, 92, retired carpenter, died Sunday morning at the IOOF Home. He has been a resident of the home since July 18, 1954, coming here from Cedar Rapids.

Mr. Olson was born Oct. 19, 1864, at Tregsted, Norway. He is survived by a stepdaughter, Carrie A. George, Cedar Rapids.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the IOOF Chapel. The Rev. C. W. Hicks will officiate. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery. The Major Funeral Home is in charge.

Carl C. Olson Service Held at IOOF Chapel

Funeral services for Carl C. Olson, 92, retired carpenter who died Sunday at the IOOF Home, were held Tuesday afternoon at the IOOF Chapel. The Rev. C. W. Hicks officiated.

Berthina Waterman was the pianist. IOOF rites were in charge of J. F. Farrer.

Pallbearers were Vern Bowen, Oscar Pederson, Sivert Rivedal and J. D. Farrer. Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery. The Major Funeral Home was in charge.
