Mary E. McNamee, 82, Dies

Mary E. McNamee, 82, died Saturday at the IOOF Home where she had lived since 1954.

She was born Nov. 31, 1874, at Colesburg, daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. E. L. McNamee. She was a member of the Methodist Church and the Rebekah Lodge in Dubuque, where she was employed by Roshek Bros.

Surviving are a brother, Willis C. McNamee, Santa Rosa, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Reinert Thompson, Wautoma, Wis., and several nieces and nephews, among them Russell E. Thompson, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the IOOF Chapel. The Rev. Clair Hicks will officiate. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Major Funral Home from 2 p.m. Tuesday until noon Wednesday.
