Mrs. Jenks, 86, dies at Grand Island

Gravesite services for Alyce Thake Jenks, 86, who died Monday in a Grand Island, Neb., nursing home, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Elmwood Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jenks, a former resident of Mason City, were held Thursday at Grand Island.

She was born Nov. 10, 1875, at Finchford, Iowa, daughter of Harvey and Mary (Cizek) Page. Surviving are three daughters, Viola Roderick, Frazee, Minn.; LaVeda Allen and Della Barth, both of Milwaukee; nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

The Patterson-James Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
