H. Hoelscher Dies at Home
Rites and Burial to Be at Hubbard

Henry G. Hoelscher 57, died at his home, 1807 Hampshire N. E. Tuesday morning, following a short illness. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but services and interment will be at Hubbard, Iowa.

Mr. Hoelscher was born Dec. 18, 1893, at Hubbard, Iowa. He came to Mason City 10 years ago from Iowa Falls, and had resided here since that time. He was a member of the Open Bible church.

Surviving are his wife, 5 sons, Bernell, Waterloo; Loren, Riceville; Merlin and Bernard, Hubbard; and Kenneth in the U. S. army; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Meyers, Garner; a stepson, Jerry Deckard, at home, and a step daughter, Mrs. Floyd Easley, Mason City; also 13 grandchildren.

Three brothers, Clarence and Elmer of Hubbard; John, Dows, and 3 sisters, Mrs. Charles Dass, Iowa Falls; Mrs. Fred Collins, Eldora; and Mrs. Max Halfpap, Hubbard, also survive. He was preceded in death by his first wife, parents, two brothers and two sisters.

The Major funeral home is in charge of services.
