W. A. Trenhaile succumbs to long illness

PLYMOUTH - William A. Trenhaile, 84, died Tuesday at a Mason City nursing home following a long illness. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Plymouth Methodist Church. The Rev. Charles Birchmeier will officiate. Burial will be in Plymouth Cemetery with Bride's Funeral Home, Manly, in charge.

Born in St. Paul, Neb., July 31, 1875, he was married March 10, 1897, to Edith Hans (Hams?) at Bloomfield, Neb. They lived there until coming to Plymouth in 1946.

Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Sanford (Edith) True, Bloomfield, Neb.; three sons, William C., Manly; Harvey, Bethel, Mo.; Walter, Boise, Idaho; 14 grandchildredn and 23 great grandchildren.
