MRS. MARSH DIES AT LAKE

CLEAR LAKE – Charlotte L. Marsh, 76, 206 Glen Cove Drive, died Friday afternoon at a Clear Lake nursing home where she had been taken on Thursday. She had been in poor health for some time.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Ward’s Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Clear Lake Cemetery.

Charlotte (Lottie) Luticia Hurd was born Aug. 12, 1880, on a farm near Clear Lake, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hurd. She was married to Fred Marsh who preceded her in death. She had lived in Clear Lake all her life except a few years spent in Minneapolis.

She is survived by a niece, Miss Marjorie Stork, Clear Lake, and a step-grandson, Harold Marsh, Mason City. Preceding her in death were three sisters and one brother, the late William Hurd of Clear Lake.

She was a member of the Christian Science Church.
