DIANA LOUISE GRECO-GOETZ

CLEAR LAKE -- Diana Louise Greco-Goetz, 49, of 2115 Pinetree Court, died Saturday (Feb. 22, 1997) at Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

Her body was cremated. There will be no visitation. Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. Fourth St., is in charge of arrangements. Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Gallilean Lutheran Church, Highway 18 West, with Pastor John Beck, officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Gallilean Lutheran Church adult classroom building fund in memory of Diana Louise Greco-Goetz.

Diana Greco was born Aug. 20, 1947, in Carmel, N.Y., the daughter of Ralph Donald and Josephine (Hunter) Chadwick. She was married to Dr. Henry L. Goetz on Nov. 27, 1996.

Diana lived many places in the United States and abroad as an army child. She obtained a bachelor of arts degree from Indiana University in 1969. She was employed as administrative assistant to the director of regulator affairs for Electronucleonics, Columbia, Md.

Diana was noted for her beauty, charm and sweetness. She had strong faith and courage in the face of multiple sclerosis and leukemia. She had a beautiful singing voice and was in many choirs.
She was a gourmet cook.

Diana was a former volunteer in the chaplain's office, Montgomery General Hospital, Olney, Md. She was a beloved member of Gallilean Lutheran Church where she was active in the women's society. She was such a vital member of adult Bible class that the new adult classroom will be named in her honor. She also was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority.

Survivors include her parents, Col. Ralph D. and Josephine Chadwick, The Plains, Va.; her husband, Dr. Henry Goetz, Clear Lake; one brother, Dan Chadwick and his wife, Martha, Spokane, Wash.; and two nieces, Rebecca James and Katherine Chadwick.
