CLEAR LAKE — Debbie Kay Frank, 46, 214 Mars Hill Drive, Clear Lake, died Monday (Nov. 10, 2003) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. 4th St., Clear Lake. The Rev. Ed Bartz will be officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Following the service her body will be cremated. Inurnment will take place at Indian Mound Cemetery, Humboldt, at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Debbie K. Frank Memorial Fund in c/o Ada Hill, 214 Mars Hill Dr., Clear Lake, IA 50428.

Debbie was born July 10, 1957, in Algona, the daughter of Lynn and Eugenia (Bosch) Tobey. At the time of her death she was working at Liberty Square in Nora Springs.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Randy Frank; children, Sean and Brandon Frank, and Adam, Angie and Drew Rosendahl; granddaughter, Alexis Rosendahl; siblings, Ada Hill, Bonnie Scheibel and her husband, Rudy, Terry Tobey and his wife, Ozzie, and Dwayne Tobey and his wife, Becky; sister-in-law, Darlene Tobey; and many nieces and nephews.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Janice VanHorn and Connie Funk; brother, Richard Tobey and infant brother Bruce Tobey.
