PLAN RITES FOR MRS. F. JONES
SERVICES AT WARD’S TUESDAY AT 2 P.M.

CLEAR LAKE -- Funeral services for Mrs. Frank L. (Lillie) Jones, about 80, a former resident of Clear Lake who died at La Cresenta, Cal., early Thursday morning, will be held at Ward’s Funeral Home Tuesday at 2 o’clock. Mrs. H.S. Hushaw, Christian Science reader, will conduct the service and burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery.

Mrs. Jones died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles E. Hathorn, following a long illness. The body is to arrive via the Rock Island Monday afternoon.

Mrs. Jones lived in Clear Lake as a young woman and was employed in the postoffice for some time. She lived in Sioux Falls, S. Dak., for a number of years and in California the past 6.

Besides her daughter she is survived by a son, Harlan Jones, Los Angeles, Cal., a granddaughter and a sister, Mrs. J.H. Woodstock, 509 South Shore Drive. Mr. Jones preceded her in death a number of years ago.

NOTE – Lillie Jones was born July 6, 1867, died November 2, 1950 and was buried in the Clear Lake Cemetery Section 1 Row 12.
