Jack Canady, 84

CLEAR LAKE-Jack L. Canady, 84, of Clear Lake, died on Saturday, January 26, 2002, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, February 2, at the Zion Lutheran Church, Clear Lake. The Rev. Peter Narum will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Clear Lake Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 4-7:00 p.m., on Friday, at the Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake. Memorials may be given to the Galilean Lutheran Church for the stained glass windows or to the Muse-Norris Hospice of North Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Dee Canady of Clear Lake; three daughters, Jackie Weinzetl and her husband, Jim of Plymouth, Minnesota, Sandy McHugh and her husband, Jim of Ft. Collins, Colorado and Sally Peyton and her husband, Bob of Elkhorn, Nebraska; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
