William Demo, Company D, Fifty-second Iowa - Taken Sick at Camp McKinley Since Returning from Camp Thomas.
William Demo, Company D. Fifty-second Iowa, died at Camp McKinley this morning of typhoid fever and a complication of other diseases. He was taken sick since coming to Des Moines. His home is at Rockwell, Iowa, near Hampton, and his body will be sent to that place this afternoon at 4:30. His brother was with him at the time of his death.
