MASON CITY - Jerry Charles VOSBURGH, 62, died Saturday (Jan. 9, 2010) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City after a courageous battle with heart disease.

According to Jerry's wishes he was cremated and no services will be held at this time.

Memorials may be directed to Judy HAKES, 22173 295th St., Mason City, IA 50401.

Jerry was born Feb. 21, 1947, in Manly, the son of Charles and Betty (KASIK) VOSBURGH. He enjoyed fishing and playing poker on TV.

He is survived by his son, Ronnie, of Mason City; his father, Charles (Odella) VOSBURGH, of Mason City; his mother, Betty KASIK, of California; three sisters, Judy (Vance) HAKES of Mason City, Sheree (Ray) SQUIRE of California and Lori (Terry) HOHENFIELD, of Mason City; three brothers, Larry (Su) ESKILDSEN of California, Roger (Jennifer) ESKILDSEN of Mason City and David (Patti) ESKILDSEN of Arizona; several nieces and nephews; special aunt, Vina RISH of Mason City; along with several other aunts, uncles, many friends and his beloved dog, Annie Lou.

Jerry was preceded in death by his grandparents; brother, Steven ESKILDSEN; and stepfather, Jack.
