Lifelong Resident of Vicinity Dies of Illness

Allen Dale CLAWSEN, 30, 9 Monroe S. W., died Thursday afternoon at a Mason City hospital following a 3 month illness.

Mr. CLAWSEN had been a lifelong rsident of the Mason City vicinity, having been born on a farm near here April 7, 1914. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dell CLAWSEN; one son, Harry, 6; his mother, Mrs. Ethel CLAWSEN, San Bernardino, Cal., and 2 sisters, Mrs. E. L. BRENTHAM, San Bernardino, Cal, and Mrs. James BERRICK, Vancouver, Wash.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body was taken to the Patterson funeral home. [Interment was made at Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery, Mason City, Iowa.]
