LeRoy T. Bosworth

LeRoy T. BOSWORTH, 91, who practiced law in Manly for 60 years before retiring in 1971, died Saturday at a Mason City hospital. He had made his home in The Manor in recent years.

In addition to private law practice, he served four years as Worth County attorney and formerly was a vice-president of the Manly State Bank.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Patterson James Chapel with the Rev. Robert STONE of the First Congregational Church officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation is after 3 p.m. Tuesday and until time of services.

He is survived by his wife, Judith, a son, Harrison KOHL, El Pasa, Tex., and a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Katherine) POOL, Sun City, Ariz.
