27 October 1973Herbert Christian dies at 83
Herbert A. Christian, 83, of 110 20th SE, died at his home Saturday morning. He was a retired salesman.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Mayor Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call between 3 p.m. Sunday and noon Monday.
Survivors include his wife, Lora; one son, Ervin, Waterloo; three daughters, Mrs. Harry (Helen) Kaler, Mason City; Mrs. Norma Kraft, Waterloo; and Mrs. William (Beulah) Klenk, Belle Plaine; eight grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
