MASON CITY- Funeral services will be held at 10 this morning at Resurection Lutheran Church, Phoenix, Ariz., for Mrs. Leonard (Carol) Kollman, 53, of Scottsdale, Ariz., formerly of Mason City, who died Saturday (July 23, 1968) at home of natural causes.

The body will be cremated.

Mrs. Kollman was born Sept. 3, 1934, in Portland. She married Leonard Kollman in Mason City.

The Shadow Mountain Funeral Home, Phoenix, Ariz., is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard of Scottsdale, Ariz., one daughter, Kim Barr of Kansas City, Mo., six sons, Tim and Jon, both of California; David and Joshua, both of Scottsdale, Ariz., Jason of Indiana, and Zachary, at home; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Merle Tatum, Mason City and Don Tatum, Des Moines.

She was preceded in death by one son, her parents, two sisters and one brother.

NOTE: Carol was the daughter of James M. (Matt) and Anna Tatum.
