LAST RITES HELD SATURDAY

Rockwell -- Funeral services for Oscar HEAFORD, Rockwell, were held Saturday, September 27 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Rockwell. Rev. Perry R. HELLER officiated.

Mrs. Dale SCHAEFER was oganist and Sandy and Candy FREDRICKSON were vocalists. Ushers at the church were Rex LIEKWEG, Harold EBBERS, and David KRUCKENBERG. Ladies in charge of flowers were Mrs. Harold EBBERS and Mrs. David KRUCKENBERG. Pallbearers were James KOENEN, John BOEDEKER III, Richard KOENEN, Robert HEAFORD, Leland MUHLENBRUCK, and Duane FURMAN.

Burial was in the Rockwell Cemetery with Grarup Funeral Home of Sheffield in charge of arrangements.

Oscar HEAFORD was born February 6, 1915 at Rockwell, Iowa and passed away on September 24, 1975 at Mason City, Iowa.

He is survived by his wife, Johanna; two sons, Darrell of Sigourney, and Bill of Rockwell; a daughter, Mrs. Dallas (Elaine) ABRAMS, Cedar Falls; six grandchildren; two brothers, Charles of Mason City, and Walter of Greene; and two sisters, Mrs. John (Edith) BOEDEKER of Rockwell, and Mrs. Earl (Mildred) RIGGAN, Rockford.
