Rites Incomplete

Albert L. KIRBY, 82, retired conductor on the Milwaukee Road, died Monday [March 24, 1960] in a Mason City hospital. He had lived in Mason City since 1903 and made his home at 213 27th SW.

Mr. KIRBY was born July 27, 1882 at Hersey, Wis., son of George and Mary Ann (JACOBI) KIRBY. He moved to Mason City in 1903, when he began his employment as a brakeman with the Milwaukee Road. He retired in 1952 as conductor.

He is survived by his wife, Magda.

Funeral arrangements are imcomplete. The Hogan - McKee Colonial Funearl Homes is in charge.
