J. McDonough Services Held
Rites Conducted at St. Joseph's Church
Funeral services for Joseph M. McDonough, 37, who died suddenly Tuesday, were held Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic church with the Rt. Rev. Msg. P. F. Malone celebrant of the requiem high mass.
Altar boys were Johnny Braney, Jackie Brown, and Jack Deeny.
St. Joseph's boys' choir sang the funeral mass.
Pallbearers were Leo McLaughlin, Ralph Joynt, Irwin Witte, Tim Johnson, Don Schultz and Dale Smith, Ushers were Martin Cahill and James Schultz.
Attending the services from out of the city were Mrs. W. C. Nixt, Greene; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Doran, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Van Loan, Mrs. Elmer Weaver, Clear Lake; Mr. and Mrs. V. L. Riggins, Edmund Riggins, Mrs. W. C. Boyle, Mrs. Ray Hogan, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Dougherty, Mrs. and Mrs. Robert Ormsby, Mrs. A. Sweeney, Theresa Dougherty, Dougherty. Mary Rose Hogan, Minneapolis; Orville Witte, Mrs. Mary McLaughlin, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Wolcott and family, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kielty and family; Mrs. Thelma Chase, Rockwell; John Coyle, Northwood; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Dorsey and Jim Dorsey, Swaledale.
Burial was at St. Joseph's Catholic cemetery. The Colonial funeral home was in charge.
