Clarence Brown, Mason City, IA, Dies
Word has been received here of the death Tuesday of Clarence BROWN, 55 years old, at Mason City, Ia. He formerly lived here [Kansas City MO]. Mr. BROWN was born at Hannibal, Mo., but lived most of his life here where he was employed in the meter department of the Kansas City Power & Light Company. He moved to Mason City ten years ago.

He is survived by a son, Charles A. BROWN, 2804 Harrison Street; two brothers, Ollie BROWN, 2412 Monroe Avenue, and Charles A. BROWN, San Francisco; a sister Mrs. Jennie HOWELL, San Francisco.

Funeral services will be at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon at Eylar Brother's Chapel. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery [Mason City IA].

NOTE: Clarence J. BROWN was a Spanish-American War veteran, serving with the 3rd Regiment of the Missouri Volunteer Infantry.
