FERTILE - Margaret (Peggy) I. OUVERSON, age 80, of Fertile, died Friday (May 25, 2001) at the Lake Mills Care Center.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. James Catholic Church in Forest City with Rev. Craig STEIMEL officiating. Burial wil be held in Grant Center Cemetery, rural Clear Lake.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Peterson Lund Funeral Home, 505 N. Clark St., Forest City, is in charge of arrangements.

Margaret (Peggy) I. OUVERSON was born in Graceville, Minn., on July 20, 1920, the daughter of Geroge and Serena (OUVERSON) GIDDINS. She received her educatin in Graceville schools.

She married Amos A. OUVERSON and the couple lived in Fertile, where they built a home after World War II.

Peggy worked as a medical techologist and radiiology technician and was employed at the Forest City Community Hospital for 25 years. After retiring, she worked as the Silver Advantage Coordinator for several years. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Forest City.

Peggy is survived by a foster son, Marvin ERICKSON of Wayzata, Minn.; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two sisters and a brother.
