Funeral Services for Mrs. Andrew Peterson were held Wednesday at the Trinity Lutheran church with the Rev. O.L.N Wigdahl in charge.

Pallbearers were: Haus Christianson, Andrew Lee, Charles Anderson, Isaac Sanberg, Walter Thompson, Axel Hermanson. Burial was made in Elmwood cemetery.

Mrs. Peterson, nee Thora, Sophia Sabinsky, was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, March 29, 1845. She came to the United States 53 years ago and made her home at Mason City. She was married to Andrew Peterson, Oct 12, 1877, at Mason City. Four children were born. Two of them Charles Peterson,of Dows and Mrs. Rose Johnson of Minneapolis, survive her and two Walter and Yarda, are dead.

Mrs. Peterson was making her home with her son Charles at Dows when she died Sunday after a short illness. Her husband died at Minneapolis. Nov. 11, 1923. Mrs. Peterson is survived by three grandchildren, Carl and Evelyn Peterson and Arlene Johnson, besides her son and daughter.
