dies at 71

CLEAR LAKE- Mrs. Will McKibben, 71, died Tuesday morning in a Clear Lake nursing home, after a long illness. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the Wilcox Funeral Home in Clear Lake.

Ava Kimball McKibben was born Nov. 16, 1892, at Clear Lake, daughter of Morgan and Emma (Eddy) Kimball. She was married to Will McKibben, May 24, 1911, in Mason City.

They farmed in the Clear Lake area until 1932 when they moved to Clear Lake.

Surviving are her husband, a son, Virgil, Clear Lake; a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Thelma) Cash, Laurens; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three brothers, Roy, Shirley and Earl Kimball, all of Clear Lake.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
