Edward J. Bogdan, 87, formerly of Mason City, died November 5, 2007, at his home in Brighton Gardens of Denver, CO.

Ed is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ann Rickoff Bogdan, sister Eleanor "Babe" (John) Rogoza, Trenton, NJ, many Bogdan family nieces and nephews, brother-in law, Bill Rickoff, Winona, MN and his children; Kris (Bob) McCready, Carmel, IN, their children Collin and Ryan, John (Jill) Rickoff, Carmel, their children, Jamison, Jaclyn, Jennalee and Jared, Jim (Lynda) Rickoff, Winona, their children, Tony and Nick, Bill II (Chris) Rickoff, Winona, their children, Alex, John and Jenna, Paula Gahn, Mason City.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary, brothers, Frank, Joe and Don, and sisters, Helen and Vern.

Ed had been an engineer for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad and enjoyed his retirement years in Colorado.

Funeral services celebrating Ed's life were held on November 9, 2007 in Fairmount Cemetery Chapel, Denver.
