Funeral services for Mrs. William Doermann, 89, Clarence were held April 27 at 2 p.m. at St. John's United Church of Christ with the Rev. Calvin Schumacher officiating. Music was provided by a mixed quartet with Mrs. Robert Hasselbusch at the organ. Burial was in St. John's cemetery.

Pallbearers were Walter Kreinbring, Harold Muesing, John Burhop Sr., Melvin Doermann, Erwin Doermann and Edgar Richmann. In charge of floral tributes were Eleanor Conrad and Mrs. John Eiben.

Mrs. Doermann died at the Clarence Nursing home April 24. She was born Martha Wischmann, daughter of John and Catherine Lahann Wischmann, July 7, 1881 near Lowden. She was married to Mr. Doermann Feb. 28, 1904, at Lowden. He preceded her in death. She was a member of St. John's church and the Women's Fellowship.

Survivors are 3 daughters, Mrs. Arnold (Esther) Conrad and Laura, Tipton; and Mrs. George (Dorothy) Meier, Clarence; a son, Raymond; 3 grandsons and 3 great-grandchildren.
