Funeral services for Mrs. Forest (Mary Lizabeth) Cook, 89, were held at United Methodist church, Mechanicsville, April 24, with burial in Rose Hill cemetery. Pallbearers were Charles Svoboda, Mark Cook and Tom, James, John and Robert Albaugh. Honorary pallbearers were Jerry, David and Dr. F. M. Cook.

Mrs. Cook died at St. Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids, April 21.

The daughter of George D. and Lucy Mitcheltree Cook, she was born July 7, 1894. She was married to Forest C. Cook Aug. 27, 1913.

She was a member of the Methodist church, the WSCS, Pollyannas and the Farm Bureau.

She is survived by 3 sons, Dale, Tipton; Lowell, Mechanicsville and Donald, Quasqueton and 2 daughters, Lucille Albaugh, Stanwood and Arlene Svoboda, Mechanicsville; a sister, Hazel Hall, Clinton; 20 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
