Funeral services for Albert D. Moore, 59, were held at Wilton Dec. 29 with the Rev. Richard White officiating. Burial was in the Oakdale cemetery.

Mr. Moore died at his home south of Tipton Dec. 26, following a long illness.

The son of Guy and Cora Lewis Moore, he was born at Muscatine Dec. 6, 1916 and was a lifelong resident of the Tipton-Wilton area. He married Florence F. Hudds.

He was in charge of a Cedar county landfill at the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife, 3 sons, Harold Dean, Alabama; Melvin, Muscatine and Albert Jr., Tipton; 4 daughters, Mrs. Mark (Frances) Clark, Des Moines; Beverly, Tipton; Joann Stenick, Des Moines and Mrs. Tom (Mary) Chelf, Muscatine; 8 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Floyd and Vernie, both of Muscatine and 2 sisters, Mrs. Leo (Margaret) Nerkert, Denver and Violet Rose, Galesburg, Ill.
