Last rites for Mrs. Lillie Paustian, 89, were held at St. Paul's Episcopal church, Durant, Dec. 17 with the Rev. Stanley Kemmerer officiating. Burial was in the Durant cemetery.

Pallbearers were Duane Feuerbach, Glenn Moeller, Gilbert Meinert and Arnold, Louis and Alvin Paustian.

Mrs. Paustian died at a Davenport hospital Dec. 14 following a long illness.

The daughter of William and Helena Leith Miller, she was born in Cedar county, Oct. 22, 1886 and was married to Albert Paustian Feb. 15, 1911. She was a member of the Durant Garden club, Pythian Sisters, Senior Citizens and St. Paul's Episcopal church.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. E. L. (Hulda) Moeller, Davenport. She was preceded in death by her husband and 8 brothers and sisters.
