Funeral services will be held June 12 (today) at 1:30 p.m. at the Griffith Funeral Home, Wilton for Mrs. Amelia Hinkhouse, 90, who passed away June 9 at the Wilton Nursing Home. The Rev. Ellsworth will officiate with burial in the Oakdale cemetery, Wilton.

Amelia Hinkhouse was born March 16, 1885 in Cedar county, the daughter of John A. and Wilhelmina Langmann Schroeder. She was married to Frank G. Hinkhouse Jan 6, 1904. A life resident of Wilton, Mrs. Hinkhouse was a member of the Methodist church.

Surviving are 2 sons, Harold, Atalissa and Roy, Wilton; 11 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and 2 brothers, Otto Schroeder, West Liberty and Fred Schroeder, Durant.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother, 3 sisters, a son and a daughter.
