Funeral services for Walter Clausen, 90, Stanwood, were held at the Chapman Funeral home, Clarence, April 8 with the Rev. Mike Thompson officiating. Burial was in the Stanwood cemetery.

Mr. Clausen died at Jane Lamb hospital, Clinton, April 5.

Born in Denmark March 5, 1885, he was married to Theodora Jensen in Denmark in 1910. He had been a resident of Stanwood for 36 years.

He is survived by a brother, Martin, Clinton; a sister, Mrs. Meta Peters, Detroit, Mich., and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, a brother and 3 sisters.
