Funeral services for Mary Isabelle Henderson, 67, were held at the Sheets and Son funeral home Nov. 16 with the Rev. Fred Van Tatenhove officiating. Burial was in Red Oak cemetery.

Pallbearers were Harold Streets, Lee Meyers, John and Herbert Tholen, Max Phelps and Ronald Anderson.

Miss Henderson died at her home north of Tipton Nov. 14 following a brief illness.

The daughter of William and Sophia G. Shultz Henderson, She was born near Tipton Jan. 10, 1907 and was educated in the rural schools of Cedar county.

She spent her life in the Red Oak area and worked as a housekeeper. She was a member of the Church of The Brethren and the Red Oak Grove Kings Daughters.

She is survived by a sister, Dorothy, and a brother, David, Tipton.
