Last rites for Frank Smith, 92, West Branch, were held at the Springdale Methodist church, Nov. 11, with the Rev. Max E. Paige officiating. Burial was in the Springdale cemetery.

Mr. Smith died at his home in West Branch, Nov. 9, following a long illness.

He was born in Chambersburg, Pa., Feb. 10, 1882 and was married to Ethel Painter at Chicago, Feb. 18, 1934. Mr. Smith operated a nursing home in Springdale for many years.

He is survived by his wife, a son, Allan, Sarasota, Fla., and 4 grandchildren.
