Last rites for Leona A. Kinnan, 63, were held at the Sheets and Son Funeral Home April 10 with Dr. Glenn Parrott officiating. Burial was in the Inland cemetery. Pallbearers were Terry Peterman, Michael Schwitzer, Gary Griem and Rolland Meyers.

Miss Kinnan died at the county home April 7 following a lengthy illness.

The daughter of Roy and Ella Meyers Kinnan, she was born at Bennett June 14, 1909. She was educated in the Bennett schools and spent her life in the Bennett-Tipton area. She never married.

She is survived by 5 sisters, Mrs. Marie Fredericks and Mrs. John (Shirley) Lange, Tipton; Mrs. Walter (Margaret) Schulz, Miland, Ill.; Mrs. Betty Peterman, Stanwood and Mrs. Max (Arlene) Donohue, Cedar Rapids.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
