Graveside services for Viggo Filter, 68, were held at Rose Hill cemetery June 5. The Rev. James Nelson officiated. Mr. Filter, who formerly lived in Mechanicsville, died suddenly at his home in White Bear Lake, Minn.

He is survived by his wife, the former Hazel Onstott of Mechanicsville and a daughter, Mrs. Rex (Margaret) Erickson of Anoka, Minn., and 2 grandsons. Following the service the relatives gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Cook.
