Mrs. Henry (Molly) Dehne, 82, died last Wednesday in the Brandt Nursing Home in Wyoming. She had been in failing health for several years.

Last rites were held here Saturday in Zion United Church of Christ with the Rev. Arthur Tinge officiating. Mrs. Don Breneman was organist. Interment was in the Lowden cemetery.

Pallbearers were Ralph and Merle Brendes, Raymond, Allen, Marvin and Myron Conrad.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schafer, she was born Mar. 30, 1887 in Cedar County. She was married to Henry Dehne and the couple farmed in the Clarence and Lowden areas and later moved to Lowden.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John (Mildred) McDonald of Olin, Mrs. Irvin (Alice) Gottschalk of Windom, Minn.; a son, Elmer of Marion; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Alfred Schafer of Davenport and a sister, Mrs. Frieda Dreyer of Monticello.
