Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Albaugh, 74, were held Sept. 22 at the Sheets and Son funeral home with the Revs. Loyd G. Osborn and Ralph Schenck officiating. Burial was in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Pallbearers were Claude Mitchell, Lee Johnson, Warren Ritz, Vernon Lamp, Donald Schroeder and Kenneth Madsen. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Thompson and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Thordsen were in charge of Flowers. C. D. Christianson was vocalist and Mrs. Arnold Swan, organist.

Mrs. Albaugh died at St. Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids Sept. 19 following an extended illness.

The daughter of Albert and Eleanor Rowe Rogers, she was born at Walthamstow, England, Sept. 9, 1895 and was educated in the schools of Walthamstow and Tipton. She was married to Charles Albaugh in Tipton June 24, 1914.

They lived in the Tipton area except from 1945 to 1960, when they lived in Mt. Vernon. She was a member of the Four Square church, Tipton, the Silver Hour circle and the Tipton King's Daughters.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. James (Margery) Laing, Tipton; 2 sons, Charles, Lisbon and Harold R., Tipton; 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Emil (Norah) Lawson, Iron Bridge, Ontario, Canada and 2 half brothers, Victor Rogers, Seattle, Wash. and Leonard Rogers, Vancouver, B. C.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, a brother and a sister.
