Last rites for Frank Elwood Proctor, 63, Moscow, a retired Rock Island railroad employee, were held at Wilton March 2, with burial in the Lime City cemetery.

Mr. Proctor died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Dennis Reimers, Wapello, Feb. 27.

Mr. Proctor was born in Lime City, Cedar County. He married Elda Camp Dec. 18, 1929, at Wilton. He was a lifetime resident of Wilton area.

In addition to Mrs. Reimers in Wapello, Mr. Proctor is survived by 5 other daughters, Mrs. Lester Kenney, Riverside; Mrs. Ernest Buck, Muscatine; Mrs. Donald Long, Wilton; Mrs. Jerald Waack and Kathleen Proctor, both of Moscow; 4 sons, Elwood, Harold, Robert and James, all of Moscow and a brother, Thomas, Wilton.
