Services for Marion Ernest Endsley, 74, West Branch, were held Sept. 12 in the Barker Funeral home with burial in the West Branch cemetery.

Mr. Endlsey died Sept. 10 in Mercy hospital, Iowa City.

He was born at West Branch Jan. 14, 1893. He married Nellie Michener in 1923 at West Branch. After his retirement from farming Mr. Endsley was employed at a meat market in West Branch for a number of years. For the past 4 years he was employed at the First State Bank, West Branch.

Survivors include his wife and 2 sisters, Mrs. Jessie Pieper, West Branch and Mrs. Mabel Rummels, Iowa City.
