Donald Walton, 53, son of Mrs. Ruth Miller, Tipton, died at Seattle, Wash. Dec. 8, following a heart attack.

He was born in Tipton and graduated from Tipton high school.

He is survived by his wife, Lucinda, 2 sons, 3 daughters, his mother, 2 sisters, Mrs. Angelo (Clara) Gasparino, New City, N.Y. and Mrs. Fain (Evelyn) Crockett, Oklahoma; 2 brothers, Walter, Davenport and James, Tipton.
