Graveside rites for Jerry Myron Baxter, 27 days old, were held Nov. 2 at the Tipton Masonic cemetery, with the Rev. Eugene Miller officiating. The Dye Funeral home was in charge.

The son of Mervin L. and Marcine Louise Baxter, Jerry Myron was born Oct. 6 at University hospital in Iowa City. The Baxters live on the Harold Eiler farm.

He is survived by his parents and 2 brothers, Jim and Joe and a sister, Joyce.
