Mrs. Charlotte A. Barnhart, 79, of Wilton Junction died July 25 at her home after an extended illness.

Born Sept. 3, 1886, in Fayette County, she was formerly of Clinton County and had resided in Wilton Junction 50 years. She married Urban J. Barnhart May 24, 1909, at Clinton. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include 3 daughters, Mrs. John DeBord of San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Jack Willis of Tacoma, Wash.; and Mrs. Raymond Sambdman of Davenport; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held July 28 at the Griffith Funeral Home. Burial was in Oakdale Cemetery.
