Services for Mrs. Josie Mae Everett, 57, Wilton Junction were July 3 with the Rev. I. G. Wilkins in charge. Interment was at the Lockride cemetery.

Mrs. Everett, a Wilton resident for 3 years who formerly lived at Rochester, died July 1 after a lengthy illness. She was born Oct. 20, 1907, the daughter of Ernest and Lillie Hargrave Whitesitt, at Lexington, Mo.

She was married July 24, 1922, to Charles C. Ward. He died Dec. 6, 1929. She was married July 2, 1931, to Fred Everett. He died Feb. 1, 1960.

She was a member of the First Baptist church, Lockridge.

Surviving are 5 sons, Robert, William and Everett Ward, all of Wilton Junction; Fred Everett of Fairfield, and Clifford Everett of Floris; 2 daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Hazel) Wilson of Hickson, Tenn., and Mrs. Henry (Lillie) Pottsmith of Seattle; one brother, Delbert Whitesitt of Lexington, and a sister, Irene of Missouri, and 14 grandchildren.

Casket bearers were Earl Coiner, Jack Woodin, Alva Coiner, Keith Phelps, Ray Eiserhaut and Lyle Barkalow. Music was provided by Mrs. Francis Henderson, vocalist and Mrs. Paul Maurer, organist, with floral arrangement by Mrs. Lyle Barkalow. Gill Memorial home was in charge.

She was preceded in death by her husbands and 2 infants.
