Mrs. Leora Wiley Reeve, 86, Tipton, died early March 10 at the Rice Custodial home.

Mrs. Reeve was born near Tipton October 21, 1878, the daughter of John Asbury and Kathryn Knight Kemp. She was educated in the rural Cedar County schools.

She married James Marion Reeve March 20, 1902 in Tipton. Mrs. Reeve was a member of the King's Daughters circle.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Hazel Kathryn Gable, Tipton, and Mrs. George (Lucile) Roberts, Davenport, a foster son, Edward Martinek, Cedar Rapids and one grandson.

Mrs. Reeve was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Helen Henderson.

Fulfilling Mrs. Reeve's wishes, her body was donated and taken to University hospitals in Iowa City for medical study and research. The family requests that memorial contributions in her name may be made to First United Church of Christ, Tipton. They made be left at or mailed to Sheets and Son Funeral home, Tipton.
